Gerald’s Jewelry Warranty
Gerald’s Jewelry is committed to quality craftsmanship and fair, straightforward warranty support. All items we sell are backed by a common-sense warranty that covers manufacturer defects and workmanship issues that show up under normal wear. If something is wrong due to improper manufacturing—such as cracks in the metal, structural failures, or an issue that appears shortly after purchase—we will repair or replace the item as appropriate. We also stand behind our settings and finishing: accent diamonds (melee) that fall out under normal wear within the first few years will be covered, including replacement of the missing accent stone(s) and the necessary setting work, provided the piece has not been subjected to abnormal force, alteration, or damage.
Some products have specific warranty terms set by their manufacturers. Chains are covered under a lifetime chain repair warranty when sourced from qualifying vendors, and that coverage is based on the vendor’s program (repair service; exclusions may apply for misuse or extreme damage). Watches are covered by brand-specific manufacturer warranties, which vary by maker and model; Gerald’s Jewelry will help guide customers through the warranty process and provide documentation when available, but final coverage decisions are determined by the watch brand or its authorized service network.
This warranty does not cover issues that are not the result of a manufacturer defect, including stone breakage or chipped stones, loss or theft, damage from accidents or misuse, unauthorized repairs or alterations, or normal long-term wear and tear (such as scratches, dents, thinning from repeated wear, stretching of chains over time, or routine maintenance needs). If you’re ever unsure whether something is covered, bring it in—our team will inspect the item, explain what we’re seeing, and recommend the best path to get it taken care of.
