Hours

We're open Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.  We're closed on Sunday. 

Returns

We strive for 100% Customer satisfaction!  We offer a 7 day refund policy from the original purchase date by the original client when accompanied with the sales slip.  Store credit is permitted within 30 days of purchase.  The Item must be unused and not worn, in original condition.  Sale items, special orders, completed layaways and custom pieces are not returnable or exchangeable.

Layaways

Items may be placed on layaway for a maximum of 360 days with a minimum deposit of 10%. In consideration of the merchandise being set aside, a regular monthly payment is required. Refunds on layaways will not be given past 30 days.

Trade-Up Policies

Any Diamond purchased at Gerald's Jewelry is eligable for a lifetime trade-up privilege.  If at any time, you wish to purchase a larger Diamond we will credit that purchase with the original purchase price of the smaller Diamond.  All certificates and paperwork must accompany the trade-up Diamond.

Financing

Financing is available, on approval, thru GE Finance and Alaska USA Credit Union.  We offer up to 12 months same as cash on all approved financing. Contact us for details.
